Return/Refund Policy

All products: A full refund will be given for unused & undamaged products returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please include a note with your return on why you would like to return the product and include the packing slip or your order number. The products must:

  • be unused & undamaged
  • in their original product packaging (undamaged) with product information
  • be returned within 30 days of purchase

Strassburg Sock Returns: To return a Strassburg Sock for full refund, it must not be damaged or appear used in any way. There can be no stains, hairs or unraveling of the threads on the sock. The Velcro and the sock should be folded as it arrived and it should be in it’s product packaging.

If you use the product and find out that it does not work for you, we cannot offer you a refund for the product unless the manufacturer states on the product that there is a money back guarantee.
