Directions For Use
1. Muscle soreness: gently massage BIOFREEZE® into all sides of sore muscles. 2. Joint pain: fully coat the area with BIOFREEZE®. If flexibility is decreased because of a joint injury or arthritis, massage in and around the joint. BIOFREEZE® is particularly effective in lessening arthritis pain.
APPLICATIONS FOR BIOFREEZE
BIOFREEZE® can be used up to 4 times per day. When using tape, wraps or supports, be sure all materials are breathable. Never use nonporous materials when treating painful areas. Do not use BIOFREEZE® with a heating.
EXERCISE/ TRAINING: BIOFREEZE® can be applied as part of the "cool down” and may help to minimize delayed onset aches and pains. When treating sore muscles, apply a generous amount of BIOFREEZE® and massage in.
INJURIES: BIOFREEZE® can aid in the treatment of injuries when the situation requires the use of ice or breathable wraps. When treating injuries, BIOFREEZE® should be used as directed by a physician or physical therapist.
REHABILITATION: When recovering from an injury, the pain can hinder therapy. By massaging BIOFREEZE® into the sore muscles and joints, the pain relief may accelerate physical therapy by making it easier to perform the exercise programs.
ACHES & PAINS: BIOFREEZE® can help reduce aches and pains commonly found in the lower back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip and legs as well as the wrist, elbow and ankle joints.
