Comfort Night Splint by Langer is intended for the healing and treatment of plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis and other foot and ankle conditions caused by tight calf muscles. The Comfort Night Splint comfortably positions the foot in a controlled amount of dorsiflexion with adjustment of the medial and lateral hook & loop closure. The removable 5º foam forefoot wedge provides additional stretching for the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon. There is a non-slip bottom design as a safety feature.

Night Splints help with the treatment of plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis by keeping the foot and arch stretched out during the night. During the night, the foot and ankle will naturally relax, causing the injured fascia and tendon to heal in a tightened position. By keeping the foot at 90 degrees, the arch and calf are stretched during the night, allowing them to heal in a lengthened position and helping to eliminate pain at the first step in the morning.
